Using a mixed-methods research design, the study combines surveys and semi-structured interviews to evaluate how AI tools impact library services, staff experiences, and user trust. Additionally, the literature review evaluates and compares scholarly and professional literature related to information literacy, misinformation, and AI in libraries.
